This notice explains how Danganote, operated by FlowLabs (Republic of Korea), handles information you send through the inquiry form on our English, Chinese and Japanese pages.
What we collect
Company name, your name, email address, country, products and the message you write. We also record the page you sent it from and a one-way hash of your IP address to block spam.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry. If you ask us to introduce your product, we share your offer (company, products, specs, price terms) with Korean importers who handle that product. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Up to 1 year after your last contact with us, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare servers used by our website. Inquiry alerts are delivered to our team through Telegram.
Analytics
Our pages use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.
